How would you describe the work you do at Softcom? What are you most proud of?
My role at Softcom borders around Strategy Management & Business Intelligence. I work with the senior management to set the objectives/goals we want to achieve around our products and people. My team also actively uses real-time data to manage business performance. I also manage investor relations.

When you picture a gender-equal world, what do you see?

I see a world where there are equal opportunities and benefits for both genders regardless of status, age, religion, or background. I believe that gender equality is a fundamental human right that is necessary for a sustainable world.

What would access and inclusion look like for you in the Africa Softcom is trying to build?

An Africa where there are no limitations and everyone has access to their basic human needs regardless of social status, age, gender, location etc. An Africa where opportunities and resources are equally distributed.

How did you get into the tech environment?

After spending over 6 years in consulting, I decided it was time for something different. The opportunity came to me and I decided to give it a chance and I don’t regret it. It has been an amazing and rewarding experience so far.

What do you do for fun?

Bake, watch tv shows, hang out with friends
